All video recordings at intersection of John F. Kennedy Boulevard and 32nd Street for April 14th, 2026, between 10:30 am and 11:30 am

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Union City should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Union City,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested: I am requesting all video recordings at the intersection of John F. Kennedy Boulevard and 32nd Street in Union City for the date of April 14th, 2026, between the hours of 10:30 am and 11:30 am.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments, or by any other suitable means. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Yours faithfully,

Oscar Guerrero.

Dear Union City,

I previously made a public record request for all video recordings from April 14th between the times of 1030-1130 am at the intersection of John f Kennedy boulevard and 32nd Street; I made the request more than 10 days ago, but I have not received a response. By law, I should have received a response by this time. Please take note of my original request contained in this message; I have asked detectives at the Union City Police department to preserve the video recordings in my request, and they have informed me that they have done so.

Thank you,

Oscar Guerrero
