In response to your OPRA request regarding un-responded emails to Michael
Sedon, we have no documents to provide because we don't have an ability to
create just a record of headers only without creating a manual record of
each email also we are unable to search just for un-responded emails.

 

If you wish, please amend your request or submit a new request for the
documents you are looking for.

  

At this time, we will consider this request closed and our obligation
