Mr. Duff: this is a formal request for an extension to respond to your
OPRA #23-0661 (see below). With regard to your request for “all tort
claim notices” we respectfully request an extension date of on or before
11/10/23 for Daniel’s law review and or further possible OPRA exemption
review due to nature of the claim– please acknowledge. Furthermore, it is
unknown at this time as to the volume/quantity of requested records of the
settlement agreement records retained by our Joint Insurance Fund (JIF)
(not stored on-site). Therefore, please acknowledge extension date of on
or before 11/30/23 of settlement agreement records. Please reply and
thank you for your consideration.
