I serve as the Delran Township Custodian of Records. We are in receipt of your OPRA request dated August 10, 2022, requesting the following:
“All text messages received by Delran’s Communications director at 609-923-2665 from August 10, 2022 from 10:00 am through 1pm”.
The Township responds as follows:
The Township has no responsive government records to the request;
The telephone number is not a Township phone number;
The Township has no knowledge of or control over that telephone number or that telephone;
The Township did not provide any telephone to the former Communications Director, Wendy Mitchell;
The Township wrote to the former Communications Director regarding the requested records and has not received any response;
The Township asserts any and all applicable exemptions or limitations set forth in the Open Public Records Act.
