This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All RFP's and bids received for township attorneys discussed at the 12-20-22 meeting regarding the bids that were rejected by the council. Please also send the new RFP when it is prepared for the consolidated positions and the communications from 10-1-22 through today between council, the mayor, administrator and clerk regarding the decision to not accept the bids received and instead consolidate the positions into one.

There were no emails responsive to your request. The Attorney is reviewing the RFP's and indicated that her review will be completed on Thursday. I am respectfully asking for an extension until 1/6/23.

Hi Mr. Duff,
This is the Township's final response to your OPRA request dated December 21, 2022. As Custodian of Records, we have consulted with the office of the Township Solicitor with respect to your request.
As you know, the Council originally rejected all RFQ submittals at the meeting on December 20, 2022; however, that oral motion was rescinded at the Council reorganization meeting on January 4, 2023.
Please be advised as follows:
Item No. 1 - request for all RFQ submittals. The RFQ submittals were received in December 2022 for Mayor and Council appointments in January 2023. Attached, and in following emails, are all responsive records (22 RFQ submittals) We have provided an Index regarding the redactions which is an attachment also.
Item No. 2 - request for "new RFP". There are no responsive records.
Item No. 3 - request for emails from 10-1-2022 to 12-21-2022 regarding the specified topic between specified people. There are no responsive records.
