ALL toxicology, supplemental, and investigative reports regarding the arrest of Richard DiPaolo (DOB 12/13/1993) on the evening of 2/25/26. All reports from Officers V. Grasso, J. Doyle, B. Behrens, K. Hogan, M. McKuhan, and W. Wittmann.
