This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: At the November 2021 Rochelle Park Elections, the County Election Official, and a Sheriff, were called into our election facility, to address complaints being made regarding Frank Valenzuela badgering voters. As a concerned citizen, and someone deeply disturbed at his continual disregard for election protocol, I would like the complete incident report regarding the incident, and I would like to know if any disciplinary action was taken against Valenzuela, and was he told to vacate the election facility?
