2) All EMS and or Fire service calls for the following addresses in the last 5 years

Please see attached. There is an additional report, however, request for that report is being denied. It is a criminal investigatory record which is not disclosable under OPRA. See below.
"A government record shall not include the following information which is deemed to be confidential… criminal investigatory records …‘Criminal investigatory record’ means a record which is not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that is held by a law enforcement agency which pertains to any criminal investigation or related civil enforcement proceeding. …” These records are not disclosable under OPRA pursuant to N.J.S A. 47:1A-1.1
Personal information such as an individual`s home address and home telephone number, as well as social security numbers have been redacted pursuant to Executive Order #21 (McGreevey 2002)
