I request all Pequannock Police Department records from May 25–27, 2026, involving correspondence with Riverdale Police Department; 9 Harrison Road, Riverdale, NJ; and/or 13 Ferndale Place, Pompton Plains, NJ.
Include CAD, dispatch logs, reports, supplements, notes, body-camera footage, audio, MDT records, emails, texts, cross-agency communications, and records identifying all personnel/responders present. Include any record showing whether welfare was physically confirmed.
If withheld or redacted, identify the record and legal basis.
Production by email is acceptable. Please send responsive records electronically to the email address provided with this request.
The Township of Pequannock is in receipt of your request for public
records, a copy of which is attached.
This request is denied as the matter is an open investigation.
