3. All Planning and Land Use documents, including, but not limited to, all site plans and drawings submitted for permits, all variance and/or zoning board applications and decisions, all environmental reports or impact assessments

4. All Utilities and Infrastructure documents, including, but not limited to, all water and sewer records, all utility connection permits

5. All Code Enforcement and Complaints documents, including but not limited to, all complaints filed about the property, all code enforcement actions or notices
