ALL DOCUMENTS ON FILE pertaining to the property at 480 Albert Pl, New Milford, NJ 07646. Including but not limited to records such as PERMITS(open or closed), Certificate of Occupancy, INSPECTIONS, new construction, addition or RENOVATIONS, PLANS, OIL TANK RECORDS OF ANY KIND, ANY DEP RECORDS, FIRE, TAX RECORDS. If there is any information regarding an oil tank being removed or decommissioned on the property, please provide that also.

The balance of your OPRA request will be sent separately but I wanted to advise that the assessment of this property is scheduled to increase via an added assessment this fall and will retroactively tax the property for 8 months of 2024 (pro-rated assessment from May - December).
Added assessments are made by the Tax Assessor based upon improvements to the property.
