all Purchases of Police Vehicles and outfitting for 2018 calendar year
Dear Egg Harbor Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Please provide all quotes from vendors for police vehicles to be obtained for budgeting and for purchase for Egg Harbor Twp.
2. Please provide all quotes from vendors for police emergency equipment to be obtained for budgeting and for purchases of equipment to be installed on police vehicles and emergency vehicles to include vehicles to be used by police, prisoner transportation, and detective vehicles for Egg Harbor Twp.
3. Please provide all purchase orders that were issued during 2018 budgeting for purchases that match the quotes provided quotes from vendors.
4. Please provide persons appointed to and the hours spent where officers are out of town namely out of Egg Harbor Twp to transport vehicles, to or from, were are shops are greater than 30 miles from the police station as the crow flies for service, repair or newly assembled police vehicles of any kind to include prisoner transport.
5. Please provide the model number and serial number of the vehicles purchased during the 2018 model year where a purchase order and quote were issued.
6. Please provide all quotes and purchase orders received and issued for equipment and vehicles to be used by the police department for January 2019 and February 2019.
