Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested:
Helen may be a danger to herself and others. She has allegedly made threats with a gun to workers and this is coming up in court. We talked on the phone this week. There are 7 police incidents associated with her residence 160 12th St, in the last 7 years. 1 year in particular. I would like the case number for these 7 incidents. This way the judge can easily read them before the trial. There are a few specific incidents that I may be named in. SHPD was helpful giving me the case numbers for all past cases. These are:
Stalker leaving roses on steps
Stranger leaving beer can repeatedly
Gun confiscation this is the key issue
Speeding, stop sign violations
DUI stops
Any other incident or investigation open or closed
