Your OPRA request was received on 7/20/20 and I am responding to you on
7/23/20 seeking clarification . You requested:
“All Police/EMS Calls and Responses in the years 2016-2020 for:
Any & All Businesses located on the Point Pleasant Boardwalk”
This request is overly broad by asking for all calls to any and all
businesses. To properly search for the records you are looking for we
would need addresses of these businesses that were operating during that
time period. We are also seeking clarification on the types of calls or
possibly a date range you would like information on.

The businesses that I would like broken down are Jenkinsons and Martell's Tiki Bar broken down by every business on 300 Ocean Avenue such as Jenkinsons Amusements, Jenkinsons Beach, Jenkinsons Pavilion and all the businesses located within Martells Tiki Bar, Martells Lobster House, Martells Fast Food, Jake's Crab House and etc.

Yes, When I typed in Jenkinsons Arcade and such onto Google, the addresses all corresponded to 300 Boardwalk. I would for all the businesses to be broken down such as Martells Tiki Bar, Jenkinson's South Arcade and etc. I would like to see the comparison of calls and responses over the years at each of these businesses.

Attached are the calls that you requested for Jenkinsons and Martells for 2019-2020. I will need to request a little more time for 2016-2018, those records are in an older CAD system, and I am having trouble printing them. I made a call to the help desk today. As of now this OPRA request is due Tuesday August 11th. If I am not able to obtain that record, I will respectfully request an extension.
