Records requested: All police reports, calls, complaints and court matters related to this address, that originate from the neighbor at 58 Hancock St, Vlad Chernov and his wife. The former tenants, Shanell West/Morris Harris went to court in 2022 with the neighbor at Chernovs. I need the outcome of that matter, as the Chernov's are currently suing me, the owner, and have called my phone using profane language. I am concerned that they will continue this course of conduct with my new tenant and others who may visit the home.
