A list of all payments made to “Murphy McKeon,” but formerly known as “Johnson, Murphy, Hubner, McKeon, Wubbenhorst, Bucco & Appelt, P.C” from January 1, 2022 to Dec. 31, 2023. (This list may be called a Vendor History or Activity Report, Check Register, or Purchase Order Listing, depending on your software.)
Please also include all legal invoices from September 1st, 2023 though December 1st, 2023.

For your first request, attached please find a payment extract summary of all payments made by the Municipal Excess Liability JIF to the law firm of Murphy McKeon. For your second request, we are confirming with the MEL's claim administrator to see if any responsive documents exist for the timeframe you have requested. We will need additional time for this review; accordingly, we will have a response to you no later than April 19th.
