I'm requesting copies of all Brigantine , Brigantine Beach, City of Brigantine, OPRA requests from January 1, 2000 to August 24,2018.

We are in the process of copying all of the OPRA records that you requested. Due to the volume of the request, I am asking for an extension of time. I anticipate having all of the information copied no later than September 14, 2018. Please let me know if you are agreeable to this time frame.

I don't want to burden you or bog you down but a typed excel list of the OPRA requests from January 1, 2000 to August 24,2018 would be OK instead. ( not copies) if that helps ..

Unfortunately, we do not have a typed list and that would be something that would have to be created. My secretary has been copying all of the requests per your OPRA request. She still has two more years to copy. We had received permission from DARM to destroy any requests that were more than six years old, so I believe 2012 are as far back as they go. The cost is five cents a page and we average over three hundred a year. I anticipate completing your request by the beginning of next week.
