Dear Franklin Township (Somerset),
Good morning,
I am following up on my OPRA request for all open and closed building permits for the property located at 18 Cortelyou Lane. This information is needed for a pending real estate transaction that my realtor and I are currently working on, and timing is important to avoid delays in the purchase process.
Please advise on the current status of this request and when I can expect to receive the records. If anything further is needed from me, let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Michael Yandolino
