Dear Fairview Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:I am requesting an OPRA asking for all open/closed construction permits,violations or liens for this property/properties from 1/2000 to present. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation report,enviromental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.
