This office is in receipt of your OPRA request as follows:

“This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access.  I am not required to fill out an official form.  Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.  Records requested: I would like to
know if there are open construction permits or liens for these
properties.  All open construction permits and/or violation from 1/2000 to
present.  Also. I would like to know information regarding the presence of
an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation
reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank
location.  252 Mount Salem  BLOCK 147  LOT  3.03”

Wantage Zoning Board secretary Jeanne McBride notates as follows: “No fees
or fines due – zoning or vacant property registration – J. McBride.”

Wantage Tax Collector Melissa Caton has supplied the attached the Tax
Department WANTAGE TOWNSHIP Property Information page specific to 252 Mt
Salem Rd, and notates thereon, “No Open Tax Liens – Taxes are Current. 
Melissa Caton 2/20/2019.”
