This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1325 Chetwynd Ave Block 809 Lot 4
1. Construction Code Enforcement (especially all documents that exist as required by the N.J.A.C. 5:23 Uniform Construction Code including all permits [open or closed], inspections and approvals).
2. Tax office, including property tax record cards.
3. Zoning Department- any applications that will affect the property.
5. Any information the municipality has regarding environmental problems and or hazards that may effect the subject property.

Please be advised, pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1a-1 of the New Jersey OPRA law, a requestor must properly provide a specific timeframe for records from a New Jersey Municipality. Your request for records, is considered “OVERLY BROAD” and WILL NOT be processed in its current format.
Under OPRA guidelines , NJ Municipalities are not required to research records for a requestor.
Amend your request accordingly. Once amended, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate departments for review
