request for “All communications, (especially including any letters)
between the Linden Board of Education and The Union County Government in
the last month. 10/15/19 to present day 11/15/19.”

In accordance with MAG Entm’t, LLC v. Div. of Alcohol Beverage Control,
375 N.J. Super. 534 , 549 (App. Div. 2005), in order to specifically
identify an email, OPRA requests must contain (1) the content and/or
subject of the email, (2) the specific date or range of dates during which
the email was transmitted or the emails were transmitted, and (3) a valid
email request must identify the sender and/or the recipient thereof.

So the County may process your OPRA request, please clarify as to content
and/or subject, and which County employee(s) would be the recipient(s) of
the correspondence you seek.
