P.C. responsive to your request. The services provided have been redacted
as that information is exempt from disclosure under the attorney-client
privilege exemption pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. As these records are
being emailed to you there is no cost for duplication pursuant to the Open
Public Records Act.
Please note the invoice dated August 20, 2021, for services through July
2021 has not been provided as it is Advisory Consultative and Deliberative
and is scheduled to be on the Township Council Agenda for approval on
September 13, 2021.

I am writing to request an internal review of Livingston Township's handling of my OPRA request 'All Legal Bills and Adjustments to Bills from Antonelli Kantor'.
I understand these bills have been almost entirely redacted under the claim of "attorney client privilege" however it is my understanding that invoice details are not generally protected by such privilege. On my own I was able to find two cases that support the same. I refer you to WILDE v. BOROUGH OF WEST CAPE MAY and HUNTERDON COUNTY POLICEMEN'S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION LOCAL 188 v. TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN.
Please provide a full set of un-redacted records as required by law without further procrastination or delay.
