Please clarify what you mean by "directives." This office has not issued any document entitled "directive" to local law enforcement in 2018 or 2019. The Attorney General's Office issues "directives" and "guidelines" and provides them to the public on their website. At this time, this office has no responsive documents. If you clarify or can be more specific, I will search again.
