Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Inspections for environmental issues, water wells, sanitary disposal systems or underground fuel tanks and any accompanying documentation
Surveys on file
Deed, easement or other restriction of record for the property
Documents regarding variance pending, granted or denied
Complaints or citations for code or other violations at the property
Pending or finalized assessments for the property
Tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property
Any documentation indicating if the property is in a flood zone
The current ordinances passed by the municipality pursuant to the NJ Air Safety and Zoning Act if the municipality is in the air safety zone.
Any off site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by the municipality pursuant to the New Residential Construction

Jersey Central Power & Light is the electric utility provider within the Borough. JCP&L can provide information relating to the overhead electric service and electric transformer substations within the subject parcel area. Since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, JCP&L no longer shares infrastructure information on a Borough-wide basis.

New Jersey Natural Gas is the natural gas provider within the Borough. NJNG can provide relating to underground gas transmission lines (as defined in 49 C.F.R..192.3) within the subject parcel area. Since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, NJNG no longer shares infrastructure information on a Borough-wide basis.

The Borough of Rumson operates 11 Sanitary Sewer Pump Stations within the Borough, some of which exceed 0.5MGD, but none of the sanitary sewer piping exceeds 15” in diameter. A map of the sanitary sewer pump stations is attached.
Lastly, the Borough does not have any ordinances pursuant to the New Jersey Air Safety and Zoning Act, as Rumson Borough is not in an Air Safety Zone as established by the New Jersey Department of Transportation."
