All Individual police pursuit reports between 1-1-2016 through 9-27-2019
Dear Clifton City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1- I recently received the police pursuit summary reports from 2016 through the current date. I am further requesting all INDIVIDUAL pursuit reports covering these dates.
2- The police officers involved by name and badge number
3- Corresponding police records case numbers assigned to these reports.
4- Additionally, the summary reports show blacked out information under #6 (number of vehicles in accidents), #7 (number of people injured), #8 (number of people killed). Why are these blacked out?
