Please see attached page 47 and 131 of Colin's emails which have been unredacted. I am also attaching a revised copy of the email from Kathy Philips to the Township Solicitor on 9-13-21. We have unredacted the subject line but the contents of the email have been redacted as it contains Attorney-Client privilege information which is a permitted exemption under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
I have sent a request to Colin to provide the attachment for page 47 and I am working on the other items.
