All fire department reports (including NFIRS) and fire investigation reports with respect to the March 24, 2022 fire at the Buena Gardens Senior Housing facility at 114 W. Arctic Ave
Minotola, NJ 08341. Request being made on behalf of the Insurance carrier for the Buena Gardens Senior Housing facility.

Good afternoon Steven,
 
I have attached the Minotola Fire Report and the NFIRS report for the
incident at Buena Gardens on 3/24/2022. A formal investigation was
completed by the State Fire Marshal's office. We do not have that report.
You would have to reach out to the Division of Fire Safety in order to
obtain that. 
 
If you need anything please don't hesitate to reach to us via our email

856-697-2626. Our secretary is in Tuesday and Thursday's. Also, we
regularly get requests for reports from insurance companies, attorney's
office's, and homeowners. You don't have to go through OPRA requests
