This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Copies of the original police or 911 call reporting the sign missing-
Who made the report ?
How was the report made ?
All emails , text messages , police reports , audio and video recordings and ALL body camera footage involved in the report and investigation of the missing electronic/digital sign located on 561 in Berlin township . I am formally requesting ALL text messages sent to and From Mayor Phyllis Magazzu from any and all phone numbers owned by her or the township of Berlin , more specifically phone number 856-207-8484 related to the missing sign ..
THERE ARE TEXTS, make sure you send them, All of them ….
Also formally requested is any and all text messages from Police Chief Louis Bordi to Mayor Magazzu from his personal phone or work phone as well as any phone owned by Berlin township related to the missing sign .
Also formally requesting the phone records including texts and phone calls from the on duty Berlin Township Sgt phone that is seen being carried by officers .
Also formally requested are and and all documents showing any type of communication to the Camden County Prosecutor’s office - phone calls , emails , texts from any and all employees or elected officials of Berlin township .. please include the name of the person , detective, investigator
Also requested is ALL payment transactions, payment reminders , missed payment reports , late payment reports , bill collection letters , certified letters , non certified letters , emails , copies of phone calls any and all forms of contact from the company who took possession of the sign , or from the company who the township owns money too.
Also requested is All transmissions reporting the sign inoperable, damaged , not working properly etc .
