Dear Point Pleasant Beach Police Department,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

All emails to and from all Point Pleasant Beach officers, the FBI, and anyone else in law enforcement regarding Neven Tadros Mafia prostitution business from January 1 2018 to August 1, 2026. I have noticed many lawsuits against this department, several officers, the chief of police, and the mayor and want to know why my taxpayer dollars are being spent on defending this woman, who has escort ads all over the place, and who sends her child to the same school my child goes to, and you're telling me no one is doing anything to protect this child?
