Dear Donna Jackson,
I do not understand the attorney client privilege notations in your response. If Mr. Rogers does not represent the Ridgewood Community Foundation, and he shouldn't because it is a stated non profit and the village is not permitted to have a non profit under its control, then where does the ACP come into play?

I am requesting that you disclose to me the deleted text/email messages.

Yours sincerely,

Hans-Jurgen Lehmann

Donna Jackson, Ridgewood Village

I will be out of the office and will return on Monday, November 30th.  If
you require immediate attention, please contact Eileen Young at
201-670-5500 x 206 or Joyce Magro x 229.  Please submit OPRA Requests to
[email address].  Thank you.

Hans,
Donna sent me your email below and asked me to respond.
The attorney client communications in this instance are between and among me and Ramon and Susan.
Even though the communications may be about an entity I do not represent, the communication is between the attorney and the clients about it.
For instance, analogous examples are communications I may have with Village staff or Council about legal issues pertaining to the CBD businesses, Health Barn, One Vote, a residents tax appeal, a Contract with an engineer doing work for the Water Utility.
I don't represent the entities or persons about which are the subject of the communications, but the communications with Village staff or Council is confidential and privileged. It’s the same thing.
You can call me if you want to discuss further.

Matt
