between Mr. Rogers, Mayor Hache and Deputy Mayor Knudsen. 

Note that information has been redacted in the documents provided in
accordance with OPRA Exemptions – N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 – Item 7 regarding
any record within attorney-client privilege.

The attorney client communications in this instance are between and among me and Ramon and Susan.
Even though the communications may be about an entity I do not represent, the communication is between the attorney and the clients about it.
For instance, analogous examples are communications I may have with Village staff or Council about legal issues pertaining to the CBD businesses, Health Barn, One Vote, a residents tax appeal, a Contract with an engineer doing work for the Water Utility.
I don't represent the entities or persons about which are the subject of the communications, but the communications with Village staff or Council is confidential and privileged. It’s the same thing.
