Dear clerk,
You have had sufficient time since my initial contact to fulfill this request. Please respond forthwith.
Yours sincerely,
Kent Baez
Mr. Baez,
First, I would like to apologize, your OPRA request was improperly logged by my office and the due date that I had on record was today, not August 19th.
Under the advice of legal counsel, any "courses of action" or "records" regarding the "ransomware incident that occurred in November 2018" are still part of an ongoing Criminal Investigation, and are exempt from release under OPRA as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3.
Regarding the vouchers, bills, or accountings that you have requested; the Township does not have vouchers, bills, or accountings specific to this incident. The costs regarding this incident are included in general invoicing from the Township Attorneys, Iaciofano & Perrone Esqs. If you would like, I can provide you with their monthly invoices. Please advise, I am happy to pull those records and have them to you this afternoon.
Again, I apologize for the mistake in our OPRA log resulting in a delayed response to your OPRA request.

Mr. Baez,
All that I have been told is that the matter is still currently under investigation by the FBI.
Please see attached for Iaciofano & Perrone invoices from November 2018 - February 2019. These are the invoices that I was able to find any reference of cybersecurity or computer security.
