All Documents regarding the Diplomat Condominium Club, 225 E Wildwood Ave Wildwood NJ 08260. Including but not limited to the Offering Plan, Articles /Certificate of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Amendments to CC&Rs, Master Deed, Bylaws, rules and regulations, all Amendments, annual reports, Lien Notices, HOA Notices, Plats, Maps, Any revisions to documents, All recorded documents, All Administrative documents. Please provide all documents from in house and from storage starting from 1988.
