Good afternoon. I am in receipt of your Opra request. Attached are several documents that you requested. The meeting minutes where this topic was discussed will not be approved until the regularly scheduled meeting of the board which is scheduled April 17th. If request those minutes, you would need to send another OPRA request for that document as we will be passed the seven day requirement. As a result, we will consider this matter closed. Best regards.
