Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I request copies of all court orders and all motions filed by both the State and the defendant in the criminal matter involving Tremaine Hadden,
Indictment No. 21-07-00093-S,
Salem County Superior Court, Law Division, Criminal Part.

This request includes, but is not limited to:
• Motions filed by the prosecution
• Motions filed by the defense
• All written court orders, rulings, and decisions
• Any amended, supplemental, or reconsideration orders

Please include documents from the initiation of the case through sentencing (September 12, 2023).

If any portion of the requested records is exempt, please provide the non-exempt portions and identify the legal basis for any redactions or withholdings.

Good Afternoon,

I am in receipt of your below OPRA request. Please be advised that effective September 3, 2024, new OPRA guidelines signed into law by Governor Murphy took effect. Although under the new guidelines you are not required to use the GRC adopted form, all elements required in the adopted form must be included in your email request in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g). Your email OPRA request does not meet the new requirements.

The new OPRA form, which is required by the GRC and has the new requirements, has been uploaded on the County website.

I would appreciate if you could please resubmit your request on the new form or revise your email to meet the requirements by including in your email the three questions on the form that need to be certified. Upon receipt of the updated OPRA request, I will process same.
