All communications, costs, and contracts associated with the trunk or treat and winter festivals in 2021. Please include contracts for the equipment rentals, DJ services, and any other expense associated. These records are from council and the RAC.

Please see attached list of expenses for both events as requested. I am still gathering the additional items requested.
Please see attached two contracts on file related to the Winter Festival. There are no contracts for Trunk or Treat. If you would like copies of the invoices, please let me know and I will provide.
I am seeking an additional extension for communications until 1/7/22. Emails are still being reviewed that were submitted by various individuals.
