Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
I am requesting copies of all records and permits for the in-ground swimming pool, walkway, and patio located at 117 Liberty Avenue, Linden, New Jersey.

For clarification, I am requesting actual copies of the records, not a list or summary. Please provide the following:

Copies of all open and closed permits associated with the property and project, including, but not limited to: Building permits; Electrical permits; Plumbing permits; Mechanical permits; and Zoning permits and approvals.

Copies of all plans and specifications submitted in connection with the in-ground swimming pool, including documents showing: Pool dimensions; Wall slopes; Floor slopes; Walkways;
Drainage systems; and any accessory buildings or structures.

Copies of all surveys, site plans, and related plans showing: Pool and patio dimensions;
The distance from the edge of the pool’s water surface to all property lines;
The location of all existing and proposed buildings and structures; Total lot area, in square feet; and Total lot coverage and/or impervious coverage, in square feet and percentage.

Copies of all City ordinances, regulations, and requirements applicable to in-ground swimming pools, patios, lot coverage, and impervious coverage that were in effect at the time Permit No. 25-CP-0153 was reviewed and/or approved.

Please provide the records in their entirety, including all applications, approvals, plans, surveys, supporting documents, amendments, revisions, inspections, and final approvals or certificates associated with the above-referenced permit and project.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
