Re: OPRA Request – 100 Memorial Drive / 900 Springwood Avenue Area
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I am requesting copies of all records, reports, communications, photographs, maintenance records, inspections, complaints, and related documents concerning the area surrounding and adjacent to:
- 100 Memorial Drive, Asbury Park, NJ
- 900 Springwood Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ
- including the intersection area, grassy strip, sidewalk, curbline, municipal right-of-way, easements, and adjacent public areas.
This request specifically includes, but is not limited to:
1. Department of Public Works (DPW) maintenance records
2. Inspection reports
3. Work orders
4. Repair requests
5. Citizen complaints or notices
6. Internal city communications or emails
7. Photographs or videos of the area
8. Engineering reports or assessments
9. Hazard reports
10. Records regarding metal objects, posts, sign remnants, exposed metal, or protruding objects in the ground
11. Sidewalk, roadway, curb, or grassy area maintenance records
12. Utility excavation permits or utility-related work
13. Redevelopment, redevelopment inspection, or redevelopment planning records concerning the immediate area
14. Code enforcement records
15. Incident reports, injury reports, or claims involving hazards in the area
16. Records identifying ownership, control, maintenance responsibility, or municipal responsibility for the area
17. Contracts, bids, or contractor records involving maintenance or construction in the area
Please include records from January 1, 2015 through the present.
If any responsive records are withheld, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and identify the nature of the withheld records as required under OPRA.
If records exist in electronic form, I request electronic copies whenever possible.
