All complaints filed by Richard Oppegaard with the Neptune City Municipal Court in regard to odor ordinance
Dear Neptune City Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
About a year ago, a complaint was filed through the court office at the Borough of Neptune City in regards to the odors permeating from TFH/Nylabone. We were notified that the municipal judge looked at the complaint and it was not something that could be heard. I would like a copy of all complaints filed by Richard Oppegaard with the Neptune City Municipal Court in regard to odor ordinance. I would like it to include the response from the municipal judge as well.
Yours faithfully,
Christine Oppegaard
Please see attached record from the Neptune City Municipal Court.
Thank you
Tammy Brown, RMC
Municipal Clerk
