Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested: All communications between Mayor Piazza, Rich Hays, Officer Berrigan, Pat Kays regarding all incidents at Valley View Apartments concerning fire calls, police calls and inspection issues within the past three months.
