Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

All police incident reports, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) logs, call-for-service records, and any related documentation for any and all calls made to or responses dispatched to the following locations in Dover, NJ for the period of April 1, 2026 through June 2, 2026:
• 1 West Dickerson Street, Dover, NJ 07801 (residential apartment building and private parking garage)
• 99 North Sussex Street, Dover, NJ 07801 (Public Parking Lot G)
• Corner of Morris Street and East Dickerson Street, Dover, NJ
• Corner of South Warren Street and East Dickerson Street, Dover, NJ
This request covers any and all incident classifications including but not limited to theft, burglary, trespass, suspicious persons or activity, disturbance, unwanted persons, vandalism, or any other classification. This request covers calls received through both the Dover Police Department direct line (973-366-0302) and through 9-1-1 dispatch for the Town of Dover.
