This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I hereby request access to and copies of the following records:
All building repair agreements for each and every campus building of Bergen Arts & Science Charter School from January 1, 2015, to the present date. Please provide these records in electronic format.
If any part of this request is denied, please provide a written explanation for the denial, including the specific legal basis for the denial, as required by OPRA. Additionally, I request a certification from the records custodian stating that all records responsive to this request have been provided. Failure to provide a complete set of documents, including any attempt to delete or withhold records, will result in legal action to enforce compliance under OPRA. Please confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeline for when the records will be available.
**Side note: Please note that this OPRA request was submitted to your email on 7/23/2024 and you have not responded in 7 days which is a violation of OPRA. This is a second attempt for the same request which will be sent via opramachine.com which will be online and available to the public.
