Dear Requestor,

The Borough of Seaside Park is in receipt of your request dated January 7,
2025 for:

"Dear Seaside Park Borough,

I am trying to get a list of all building permits issued within the
township for the last quarter of 2024. That would be from 10/1/24 though
12/31/24. What is the procedure to obtain this information please?"

At the link above, please find the responsive list provided by the
Building Department.

In response to your question, you can submit an OPRA request using the
portal, just as you did, and request the government documents you are
looking for as specifically as possible with the applicable date range.
So, for instance, if you would like a list of open building permits for a
date range, you would request a list of open building permits from X date
to X date. If you want to see specific copies of building permits, you
would list the address, date range, and type of permit requested. If you
