Consistent with the State of New Jersey's most recent directive regarding
OPRA requests, please be advised that the satutory deadline (7 business
days) does not apply during this current State of Emergency.  Consistent
with said directive, however, Bayonne's

custodian of government records shall make a reasonable effort, as the
circumstances permit, to respond to a request for access to a government
record within seven business days or as soon as possible thereafter. 
Given our current reduced staffing levels during this State of Emergency,
we will endeavor to have your request answered as soon as possible, but we
project that certain requests will take up to 30 days to fulfill.  Thank

Hello Edward, regarding OPRA #20-739, can you please give me a timeframe
for all traffic and pedestrian accidents that occurred at 49^th Street and
Ave. C.

Regarding OPRA #20-746 for all body cam & dash cam footage of incident at
49 St & Ave C between 11am and 1pm on Oct. 1, 2010, we are experiencing a
delay in responses.  Unfortunately, with the pandemic in effect we are
operating on a short staff and all OPRA responses are therefore delayed, a
response will be sent to you when they are received.

Hello Ed, I have been notified by the Bayonne Police Dept. that a disc has
been prepared for incident that occurred on 10/1/20 at Ave. C & 49 St.

The fee for the disc if you pick it up is:  $3.00 for it to be mailed is
$5.00.
