Dear Jessica Bolen,

I asked for all bids for the Kirby's Mill development, not for the bid for the Main Street Property. This should include the winning bid for the Kirby's Feed Mill redevelopment as well as the bid that Mayor Chuck Watson claimed in his statement was also made by Magnify Brewing for the Kirby's Feed Mill. Please provide both bids, and our all other bids as well for the Kirby's Feed Mill RFP.

Mayor Chuck Watson said that Magnify brewing was “ultimately outbid by the group that developed the feed mill”.
