AIA certificate of payment for Zadies Nurturing Den
Dear Summit City,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. The City of Summit received your OPRA. However, before
we can proceed with fulfilling your request, we will
need a date range within which to search for the
requested record.
Also, I am interpreting your request as seeking proof
of a payment. I am not quite certain what kind of
payment you are requesting involving the AIA, and,
therefore, please clarify by providing a reasonable
description of an identifiable record. As written, the
description does not reasonably describe a record.
If this is a request for a specific construction
permit involving Zadie's Nurturing Den, along with the
date range and description of an identifiable record,
please also provide the street address, with the
associated block and lot number.
