Dear Barnegat Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Agreement and/or contract for use of the barnegat recreation center for a pancake breakfast on October 8th 2022

Supporting required documents for the use of the facility including requestors insurance forms and application/request

All electronic communication regarding the use of the facility by the requestor between township employees, township committee members, and any relevant delegates.

 Hello,
I am in receipt of your OPRA request pertaining to an October 8th
Breakfast in our Recreation center.  By this email, I am asking for a 5
day extension to get the information back to you.  Our Recreation Director
is on vacation until October 3rd and she would be the one to complete this
request.
