Good afternoon Elizabeth, please see the attached Agreement with
Amendments and (1) TNR invoice from NJ Humane Society as requested in OPRA
#23-172.
Another e-mail will be sent before 2/27/23, regarding Call Log of
complaints to Animal Control from 2022 as stated in OPRA #23-172.

The names of the caretakers have been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1. “A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal information with which
it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen’s
reasonable expectation of privacy. Burnette v. County of Bergen, 198
N.J. 408 (2009).
The unlisted telephone number has been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1 as personal identifying information.

Good afternoon Elizabeth, the NJ Humane Society advised that they do not
maintain a Call Log.
The BPD provided a Call Log (attached) of their calls from 2022 regarding
animal control.
Also, the addendum to 2^nd Amendment (Agreement CY21-062) is currently
being circulated for signatures, therefore they are not releasable at this
time.
