1-The title of the agreement says "PATERSON ARTS AND SCIENCE CHARTER SCHOOL, INC."
Is this a typo?

2-On the Page 11, where there are signatures but no dates.

3-The Agreement page 4 says the management fee will be 10.5% but the Board Minutes, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JUqgPK8... page 3 shows as 12%.

Are your sure this is the correct copy of the agreement? Has this been reviewed by any attorney or board member?
