Dear Clark Township,

There is an agreement that will be between Hyatt Hills Golf Course Commission and RACER. The resolution adopted on March 17, 2025, authorized the mayor to sign the agreement. The Township of Cranford will go through the same process to authorize their mayor to sign the agreement. I have confirmed with both the Township Attorney and the Township's OPRA Attorney that the document will become a public record once it is fully executed. Therefore, your request is denied until the agreement has been fully executed.

Dear Clerk's Dept.,
The public meeting references the "4th Amendment to the Agreement". If there is an amendment there must be an original agreement that was amended. I would like the original agreement and all available amendments.
I understand the 4th amendment might not yet be available, but authorization was given at the Monday meeting to execute the 4th amendment to the agreement. 3 days seems enough time to have that signed. Is there an estimate about when this will be available?
